TruSeq Custom Amplicon Dx – FFPE QC Kit is intended for evaluating the quality of prospective DNA samples from formalin-fixed, paraffin- embedded (FFPE) tissue to determine if they are viable for use with the TruSeq Custom Amplicon Kit Dx or other library preparation kits. The kit uses a quantitative real-time PCR (qPCR) assay that can be carried out using standard instrumentation. The qPCR determines amplification potential of DNA extracted from FFPE samples.
