FDA-cleared IVD next-generation sequencing kit for targeted resequencing of human genomic DNA from peripheral whole blood samples, intended for use on the MiSeqDx instrument. The kit includes library prep reagents (except customer-designed oligos) for up to 96 samples, and MiSeqDx sequencing reagents for 2 runs with a maximum of 48 samples per run.
