Kitted reagents and sample purification beads for high-throughput PCR-free DNA library preparation of 96 total samples for single-read, paired-end, and multiplex sequencing. This kit contains 96 unique dual index combinations. The index plate is single use per well. Do not undergo more than four freeze/thaw cycles. We strongly recommend processing at least 24 samples at a time.
