For co-transcriptional capping of IVT RNA with T7 RNA polymerase and Anti-Reverse cap analog (ARCA). A reaction produces 60 µg RNA from 1 µg DNA in 30 minutes. Reaction products are 80% correctly capped and 20% uncapped.
