This Ribo-Zero kit is specifically tailored for blood and depletes cytoplasmic rRNA, mitochondrial rRNA, and globin mRNA transcripts. It has been explicitly tested on human, mouse, and rat samples (H/M/R). Kits A and B may be used together to pool up to 24 samples using the 12 different indexes in each kit. Protocols are available for preparing small or large numbers of samples.
