TruSight HLA is an ultra-high-resolution sequencing assay for unambiguous typing of 192 HLA libraries (24 samples x 8 libraries each) including PCR amplification primers and reagents, library preparation reagents, and HLA typing software (barcode indexes and sequencing consumables sold separately). Enables sequencing of HLA-A, -B, -C, - DRB1/3/4/5, -DQB1, -DPB1, -DQA1, and -DPA1.
