Sterile, neutral pH solutions of dATP, dCTP, dGTP, and dTTP are available either as individual nucleotides or a mixture of all four nucleotides for use in DNA synthesis. Solutions containing only one dNTP are available in 100 mM concentrations. Premixed solutions containing all four dNTPs are also available at two concentrations, 2.5 mM and 25 mM of each dNTP. Each solution is sufficient for at least 1,000 50-µl reactions at concentrations used in typical reactions with most DNA polymerases. A sterile, pH neutralized 20 mM solution of dUTP is also available for synthesis of uracil-containing DNA.

Storage Buffer: dNTP solutions are made with sterile deionized water and adjusted to pH 7.0.
