Ribo-Zero™ Gold Kit (Human/Mouse/Rat)

测序是健康、疾病等研究的重要工具。通过Ribo-Zero (Human/Mouse/Rat)处理的测序数据仅包含有用的RNA数据，能够发现相关基因、剪切变体和异构体。Ribo-Zero (Human/Mouse/Rat)能够在测序前去除不想要的核糖体RNA从而最大量的提供测序信息。Ribo-Zero (Human/Mouse/Rat)可去除细胞质（核编码的）rRNA，Ribo-Zero Gold (Human/Mouse/Rat)可去除细胞质和线粒体rRNA。
用Ribo-Zero (H/M/R)或Ribo-Zero Gold (H/M/R)处理总RNA样品得到的RNA-Seq文库富集了编码和非编码区信息
MCF-7细胞的总RNA用 Ribo-Zero (H/M/R) Kit (A) 或Ribo-Zero Gold (H/M/R) Kit (B)处理。 RNA-Seq 测序文库用ScriptSeq™ v2 Kit制备并通过Illumina® HiSeq 2000测序仪测序。数据由Vladimir Benes和Jonathon Blake, EMBL GeneCore （德国海德堡）提供。
Ribo-Zero处理保留了完整的转录组信息
Ribo-Zero去除核糖体RNA，保留了非编码RNA的调控区。即使从低质量的样品中也可以达到这一目的。其它方法像 Poly(A)删除 不能够保留非编码RNA调控信息。
Ribo-Zero处理过程概述。实际上，所有的rRNA都能够在2小时之内，从完整的、部分降解的和严重降解的样品中被去除。
