Ribo-Zero™ rRNA Removal Kits (Human/Mouse/Rat)
- 一次去除核糖体RNA
- 测序结果含有编码和非编码RNA的完整的转录组
- 适用于完整的和部分降解的小量样本，只需要1μg的总RNA
- 低起始量样品(100 ng总RNA) 即可用于 ScriptSeq Complete Gold (Human/Mouse /Rat)测序。
测序是研究健康、疾病等研究的重要工具。通过Ribo-Zero (Human/Mouse/Rat)处理的测序数据仅包含有用的RNA数据，能够发现相关基因、剪切变体和异构体。Ribo-Zero (Human/Mouse/Rat)能够在测序前去除不想要的核糖体RNA从而最大量的提供测序信息。Ribo-Zero (Human/Mouse/Rat)可去除细胞质（核编码的）rRNA，Ribo-Zero Gold (Human/Mouse/Rat)可去除细胞质和线粒体rRNA。
Ribo-Zero 保留了完整的转录组
Ribo-Zero去除核糖体RNA，保留了非编码RNA的调控区。即使从低质量的样品中也可以达到这一目的。其它方法像 Poly(A)删除 不能够保留非编码RNA调控信息。
与MAQC qPCR获得的差异基因表达数据具有高相关性

经过Ribo-Zero Kit 处理去除rRNA后，来自UHRR和人脑参考RNA (BrRR) 的完整（A）和片段化的RNA样品通过 Epicentre's ScriptSeq™ mRNA-Seq Library Preparation Kit (Illumina®-compatible)制备文库进行测序。
