提纯的TNA，许多应用的DNA或RNA，包括PCR，RT-PCR，克隆，测序，Northern和Southern杂交，酶切分析和基因组文库的制备。

MasterPure™全DNA和RNA纯化试剂盒采用了新颖的技术，它可以从各种类型的生物材料（表1和图1）提取完整的总核酸（TNA），DNA或RNA高效提纯。温和的盐沉淀过程，可同时处理1个或多个样品，快速提取高分子量的核酸（图4）。使用MasterPure Kits可获得大量的核酸样品（表2），并且相同材料的不同样品，收率和纯度比较一致。所得到的核酸有一个A 260 / A 280比例1.8-2.0，这表明它们基本上不含蛋白质。来自不同样品纯化的TNA（DNA和/或RNA）可以在许多应用中直接使用。例如，提高PCR或RT-PCR的灵敏度，可通过使用的MasterPure纯化试剂盒获得的模板实现。
