从少至100ng的总RNA制备测序文库，可用于Illumina公司®测序平台的使用。

The ScriptSeq™ Complete Kit 试剂盒结合了EPI公司Ribo-Zero™技术和ScriptSeq v2 RNA快速测序文库制备试剂盒的无缝末端连接技术，可在1天内实现RNA测序文库的制备（图1）。The ScriptSeq Complete Kits需要1-5微克的RNA,the ScriptSeq™ Complete Kits—Low Input 需要100ng-1ug的总RNA.
The ScriptSeq Complete Kit 包括 Ribo-Zero™试剂可去除细胞质（核编码）的rRNA，还包括零核糖金装试剂，可去除细胞质和线粒体核糖体RNA（图2）

特点：

实现完整的单日RNA测序文库制备。
产生方向性的RNA测序文库, 通常含<3％的rRNA读长序列。
使用低至100 ng的总RNA，包括FFPE RNA。
条码/标签兼容：ScriptSeq指数引物可单独编制有条形码库。
