For the production of 5-methylcytosine- pseudouridine-containing, in vitro transcribed RNA with T7 RNA polymerase. 5mC- Ψ-mRNAs induce lower innate immune responses in mammalian cells. A reaction produces 100 µg RNA from 1 µg DNA in 2 hours.
